RISING HOPE

Rising Hope is a 501c3 non profit based out of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. We have been involved in our mission in Jos Nigeria since 2008 after American Jill Wendtland spent two years there volunteering with an HIV/AIDS ministry.  Once Jill returned home she, with the help of many family and friends, wanted to respond as Jesus would to the many people living in poverty there. With the help of partners, friends and family all over the US, and our only paid staff, Nigerian Regina Mobu who lives in Jos and does the work on ground,  Rising Hope is working to help break the cycle of poverty that is prevalent there.
